Duuude, fantastic review and updating of evolution, and rehabilitating a too-reviled scientific figure in Lamarck. Errors are a part of science - as long as the error-correcting part outweighs the error, it's all good. Darwin himself was wrong on many points in his theory, but biologists don't either discard the framework he built, nor blame Darwin for his errors. We should view Lamarck the same way. S.D.
