Excellent analysis and I totally agree with your conclusion that the majority of the blaame rests with Kalanick, tho of course he would never admit such, and unfortunately I doubt that legally he could be pinned with the consequences of his unethical AND illegal tactics. In a better world he would suffer the consequences - instead he is immeasurably wealthy - and is exactly the argument against the system that enables people like him to "succeed".
