MY bad James! I read what I wrote - and as Lee said, my intention was other than what I wrote! Mea culpa! I changed that, and hope it reads better and more inclusively. I do know (even when I wrote poorly) that several people on that WotWU list are indeed active Medium writers, from top curated/distributed well-followed writers all the way to those brand new who have never published a thing with few or now followers. My words clearly did not reflect that.

Also, as far as "transparent forever", I joined in May, and it was not until August after dozens and dozens of articles, and following and clapping for many hundreds of Medium writers, that I got my first distributed article in a publication.

Medium is a slow process, as is writing... but it does happen. I hope you keep at it, and I invite you to write for WotWU as perhaps one small step up in your writing journey.
