I do agree, for example, that governments will eventiually issue fiat digital currency (I belive by using highly modified blockchain technology).
As much as I agree with you on many controversial things, like owning Tesla, I am skeptical of hard assets, as you call them. Hard assets only have value as they are useful for other things - and in this way gold and diamonds are very much like corporate- or mob-"fiat" currency - they have value mostly because people want them to have value. It's all psychological.
Today, true value is only in assets that *make* value - like Tesla. People create value, not things. Not lumps of metal or wood or stone, not houses or cars or paintings. People who make paintings or cars create value. So investing in companies (people) is where true value will always lie... in my opinion.
