Finally! It’s official per the electoral college last week. Joe Biden is our President-Elect, along with Kamala Harris as his Vice-President-Elect. We finally have a pair of sane, rational, service-oriented executives to run a country based on science, compassion, logic, and compromise. The waking nightmare of the last four years is over.

Almost.

BUT… If the GOP retains control of the U.S. Senate, we will remain in the Dark Ages of Trumpian politics, stuck in a medieval period of wealth-grabbing, personal vendettas and religious fundamentalism akin to the Islamic State. We’ve been watching the surreal coup attempt by Trump, supported by the GOP:
