Wonderful Donna - totall agreed! Leadership entails real risks, Jesus, Ghandi, MLK, etc... the willingness of a leader to lay their own life on the line is often mirrored by the followers willingness to do the same ("I'd have followed my sarge into hell..." which, granted is spoken after the fact by the survivors which is classic survivor and reporter bias...).
